The Association maintains property and liability insurance coverage through Farmers Insurance. Owners are encouraged to purchase content coverage for all their personal belongings upon closing. Please make sure you have an HO-6 Policy and Loss Assessment Insurance of at least $50,000 is the recommended amount by our insurance company. An insurance sheet is enclosed for your reference.
