575 Valley Street Warehouse Condominium Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation, managed by Balanced Bookkeeping and Community Association Management. The Association dues "assessments" are $237.00 per warehouse, per month. All units pay the same dues amount. Dues are payable on the 7th of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of each month, where a $20.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December.
